Reach out to and build relationships with trucking companies to ensure best possible prices are being given. Call in trucks for daily shipments. Customer Service- Answer customer phone calls and assist with any requests. Reach out to customers daily to check up on them and keep relationship strong. Use ERP system to track, check, prioritize and route orders; as well as check stock and answer customer questions. Manage important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading, packing lists etc. Collaborate with warehouse ensure day to day business efficiency. Any other daily tasks assigned by Management Needs good Communication skills. Strong Team Player
