We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented VOIP Engineer - SME to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.Duties: Provides technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems with in the VOIP infrastructure. Troubleshoots performance issues. Analyzes voice traffic and provides capacity planning solutions. Requirements Experience: Bachelor's degree. Must have a minimum of 10 years of related experience as a subject matter expert in all VOIP applications and voice gateways. Must be an expert in architecting and deploying VOIP networks.
