Lead Systems Engineer
Overview Amyx is seeking to hire a Lead Systems Engineer located in Northern, VA. This position will be supporting the GFEBS-POS contract. Responsibilities Responsibilities and Daily Tasks: Perform tasks to assist design and management of complex systems over multiple software life cycles. Support PM GFEBS and Portfolio Product/Project Managers in ensuring compliance with the GFEBS Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP). Address issues such as requirements engineering, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, testing and evaluation, maintainability and many other disciplines necessary for successful system development, design, and implementation. This will also include updating and managing the processes outlined in the GFEBS Systems Engineering Plan. Report team status, attendance, and the progress of projects to the Program Manager. Assist the Program Manager with filling vacancies.
