Perform warehouse and exterior grounds housekeeping and clean up (sweeping and cleaning warehouse, cooler floors, runs, shipping, receiving, and dock areas, trash removal throughout . Dispose of out of date product from coolers to dumpsters . Work flexible schedule that could include a variation of days (including Saturdays and Sundays), nights, holidays, and weekends . Must perform other duties as assigned . Must comply with all company rules, policies and procedures . Must treat everyone (co-workers, vendors, visitors, customers, etc.) with dignity and respect . Must exhibit consistent and dependable attendance and follow all attendance requirements (reports to work on time, works complete shift, properly calls in when absence or tardiness cannot be avoided, etc.) . Must work and behave in a safe manner, follow all company safety rules, policies and procedures, report incidents and accidents immediately, and attend required safety training Skills & Experience: . Must be 18 years of age or older . Must be eligible to work in the United States . Must have high school diploma or equivalent . At least one year of experience working in a warehouse environment . In the performance of this position, the associate will regularly drive a stand-up powered industrial vehicle, climb, reach, push/pull, grab, twist, speak/talk, see, read, listen, hear, have a good sense of balance, have good eye-hand-foot coordination, ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights, regularly lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time. Must wear steel toed, slip resistant ANSII approved Safety shoes/boots. Examples range from 34-degrees (refrigerated cutting areas) up through whatever the current outdoor temperature. Employee might have occasion to access the freezer section as well. Layering of clothing in these areas is required. Some areas of the warehouse are wet due to the nature of the business. Primary PPE is ANSI approved steel-toed, slip resistant shoes.**
