JOB SUMMARY A' Reporting to the President, the Senior VP of Commercial Operations (SVP) is responsible for developing and advancing growth initiatives on a global scale and across all market verticals, ensuring the integrated commercial success of the organization. This role encompasses all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing business and market strategy, achieving business targets and maximizing business impact of investments. Senior VP is responsible for developing and executing market strategies to ensure Sterilex meets all top line revenue and profitability goals as well as maintains full P&L responsibility over the sales and marketing departments. A' A' PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES A' Commercial Leadership Responsible for development and execution oversight of aligned commercial strategies to ensure achievement of SterilexA cents € (TM) s growth goals and financial objectives. Evaluate SterilexA cents € (TM) s commercial strategy and implement structures and processes to rapidly scale the business in accordance with business growth and profitability goals. Leads the organizationA cents € (TM) s overall business development strategy by determining and evaluating the companyA cents € (TM) s core competitive differentiators; maintains awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for vertical and geographic expansion, including international growth, customers, markets and new industry developments. Lead the evaluation and selection of new market verticals and geographies and develop business plans and financial analyses to support entrance into those markets. Ensure proper resourcing for market development. Source and oversee development of channel partner relationships in new verticals and geographies. Develop, maintain and strengthen key account and end user relationships to ensure that Sterilex maintains aA cents € oepull-throughA cents € sales strategy. Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality sales and marketing personnel. Oversee training, support, development and guidance of sales and marketing staff. Provide leadership and mentorship to Sterilex sales and marketing leaders to facilitate attractive career trajectories Assume full P&L responsibility over sales and marketing departments. Develop and analyze pricing strategy for all Sterilex products aligned with SterilexA cents € (TM) s growth and margin requirements. Plan, present and exhibit at industry trade shows and conferences. Proactively network with key industry contacts and KOLA cents € (TM) s to build long-lasting business relationships. Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic marketing plan, ensuring sales and marketing initiative alignment. Elevate key accounts through the development and execution of innovative purchasing and incentive programs. Develop and manage implementation of public relations plan which enhances brand recognition and maximizes connections to key stakeholders. Manage development and maintenance of complex market models for potential partnership, investment, and acquisition opportunities A' New Product Development Assume a key role in innovation and product ideation process. In collaboration with R&D, help to drive new product development through R&D and product launch. Evaluate product portfolio for new markets or adjacencies. Prioritize new product ideation for R&D. Collaborate across company functions to manage and drive product launch timelines. Develop product specifications and performance requirements for new markets/applications. Lead the integrated marketing and go-to market efforts for new products/initiatives. A' Executive Functions Create a strong core values driven commercial organization where exceptional talent can flourish and grow. Structure sales and marketing teams that most efficiently and productively meet commercial objectives while providing development and growth opportunities for team members. Align reporting, training, and employee incentive programs with performance management priorities. Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales and marketing departments. Work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to establish and oversee the administration of variable compensation program and rules, policies, and procedures. Provide members of the companyA cents € (TM) s executive team with expertise and input to support business development, commercialization, and new product development initiatives. Provide regular and well-organized reports to corporate board of directors and executive team. Facilitate Change Management initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with adequate infrastructure & processes to support growth. Network with peers and professionals in our industry in order to build relationships and create synergistic, collaborative opportunities. Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership meetings as required. A' Other Responsibilities Other duties as assigned A' JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field, plus 15+ years of progressive leadership experience. MasterA cents € (TM) s degree strongly preferred. 15+ years in senior level sales/marketing role 10+ years in food or animal safety industry experience preferred. Demonstrated history of substantially increasing sales/growing organizations Experience building international markets preferred Experience building and managing key accounts preferred Authorized to work in the United States Holds valid US driverA cents € (TM) s license in good standing with Department of Motor Vehicles in all States. Ability to travel A cents 0/00 yen 60% of the time (including internationally) to visit key accounts, co-travel with SterilexA cents € (TM) s sales team, and work with distributors in every geography in which Sterilex is active.
