General Description : The Operations Lead will be responsible for partnering with the Global Services teams (Sales, Delivery, Operations Support Group, Data Governance), TEKsystems' Shared Services (Organizational Risk and Compliance, Accounting, Expense Teams) and Allegis IS to assist in supporting and optimizing the PeopleSoft modules including Time & Labor, and Travel & Expense. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support users Respond to Users' questions and request for support Conduct root cause analysis Work with the user to resolve, if unable to resolve, work with Allegis IS or partner Manage and maintain systems and supporting business process System workflows and configurations such as: Notification processes New functionality Improve use of system functionality and business adoption such as Approval assignments- first/second/third level and pre diem approvers My wallet functionality Documented system functionality, business processes and training materials Audit and analyze relevant data and configurations Monitor configuration and workflows such as Expense payments and exceptions queues Monitor SLAs and performance metrics Validate data pertinent to system functionality and reporting including: Employee data (department, overhead code, etc.) Project setup (project role, etc.) Project costing data (rates, burdens, spread) Collaborate and consult to ensure system and process optimization Identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement Point of Contact with impacted Allegis IS and TEKsystems Shared Services partners System updates Testing and security CI Batch data uploads Participate in Data Council Provide input into User Communication and Training Work with training team to provide knowledge around expense sheet processing in general Manage Help Desk Knowledge Articles Required Education and/or Experience: Strong technical knowledge, 2-3 years of PeopleSoft experience, preferably a knowledge of Services industry PeopleSoft query / reporting skills Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or similar field preferred Requisite Abilities and/or Skills: Service mentality, responsive and has the desire to teach and mentor users Ability to communicate with diverse audiences Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Detail oriented and organized Self-sufficient, able to partner with limited guidance Excellent time management, and organizational skills Flexible and able to execute multiple initiatives concurrently
