We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems. Duties: Responsible for leading and managing the service delivery of all IT infrastructure operations, to include, server and storage management, messaging support, and remote access. Manages multi-discipline technical teams, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 level troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, risk analysis and management, and IT service improvement. Requirements Experience: Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing and leading the delivery of IT infrastructure operations. Must have experience managing multi-discipline technical teams. Must possess PMP Certification or equivalent. Must possess a Bachelor's degree.
