This position is not yet funded o Analyze users requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications o Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities o Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies o Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology o Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations o Develop system architecture and system design documentation o Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans o Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts o Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility o Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives BA/BS, or the equivalent combination of education, professional, training or work experience. 5+ years of experience required TS/SCI with poly clearance required DoD 8570 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required within the task order. Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the technical objectives, services required, and IT environment specified within the task order o Education and Experience.
