The General Manager is responsible for effective leadership, driving sales, providing the highest level of hospitality, and leading the employee and customer experience. The GM is expected to lead by example and empower staff to provide the best possible service to each guest. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' restaurant management experience in high-volume, fine-dining setting. Food and beverage knowledge is a must.
