Description SHIFT: Mixed (rotating weekends) SCHEDULE: Full-time Ask me about Student Loan Assistance Program! Located in the outskirts of Washington, DC, Reston Hospital Center (223-bed acute facility) lies within the dynamic town Center of Reston, known for its lively mix of restaurants, shops, and services. RHC is an HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) facility making it a very secure and reputable facility to work with. HCA is one of the largest healthcare systems throughout the US, where healthcare employment opportunities are almost endless! Our 24-hour, 16-isolette unit is staffed by an in-house neonatologist (a pediatrician with advanced training in the care of newborn infants) and registered nurses experienced in providing Specialty Level III Nursery care for babies who need advanced care. Under this new partnership, the care team from Children's National is now providing on-site advanced short- and long-term care services for babies in our NICU, giving Reston patients access to the clinical expertise of Children's National providers in a location closer to home. Qualifications Full-Time - Days or Nights Education: Associates Degree is required, BSN preferred Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia One to two years recent Neonatal Intensive Care experience at Level II or greater preferred. NRP, STABLE and BLS required.
