Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Office/Delivery Specialist Requisition, receive, monitor, control and issue office supplies needed in support of the litigative process.Requisition, receive, monitor, control, issue and excesse capitalized and non-capitalized furniture and equipment for the USAODC. Coordinate the set-up of in-house conference, training and press conference. Manage the pick-up and transportation of "for official use only" recycled paper products for the office and provide in-house labor support for office moves every Thursday. Manage and control the Government fleet vehicles and arrange for routine service, repairs and required registration requirements as needed.Operate the Government vehicle and the sponsor will have to provide collision and liability insurance during the operation of the Government fleet vehicle.Manage distribution of special order deliveries for various divisions within the USAO-DC.Upon orders received by the unit, all property that exceeds the amount of 2,500 must be barcoded, documented and entered inside the Property Tracking system (UAPM).Responsible for the delivery of supplies to Superior Court Courthouse, 7 police districts and building 501 3rd street.Every 3 months, staffing will coordinate with property officer to conduct a Wall-to-Wall inventory to locate property and match information with the correct personnel. Qualifications: Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.Valid drivers license.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications.Knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
