Job Description Peraton is seeking an accomplished senior Technical Program Manager that has a proven track record of successfully leading large, complex IT solutions projects and programs in a fast-paced, ambitious and results-oriented environment. The corporate IT team and Project Management Office supports the entire Peraton organization with corporate IT services and Enterprise Application solutions that enable and support our Government Contracting business. The Technical Program Manager will be leading critical corporate IT and change initiatives that drive our continued transformation and growth. What you'll do * Develop and manage project scope, WBS and all related plans. Follow established SDLC (Systems Development Lifecyle) for planning, management and delivery of projects and programs of varying sizes. Integrate projects within programs as needed. * Manage project budgets and any sub-contracts. * Assess project related Organizational Change Management (OCM) needs and project impact on business processes, key procedures, and end users, and address impacts (ie end user training). * Organize, facilitate and drive project and program meetings, stand-ups and retrospectives as applicable. Prepare related action items, assign ownership, deadlines, and drive to resolution. Manage team resources. * Drive resolution of risks, issues and conflicts associated with managing and coordination of complex organizational projects and programs. * Provide internal leadership and coordination of project dependencies with vendors and business peers. Serve as the conduit between the business functions and development teams through which requirements flow; responsible for managing change initiatives. Facilitate IT demand management process by completing project requests in conjunction with project sponsor; create business cases using various business analysis methods. * Identify and incorporate project dependencies on benefits realization plans with business peers, project sponsors and other key stakeholders. You'd be a great fit if * You have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT, related operational environments, expert Project Manager, PMP or equivalent certification. * You have solid experience with enterprise level IT projects in areas of: Infrastructure, Service Management, Enterprise Applications (mostly SaaS), and IT Security. Require demonstrated depth in one or several areas. * You have 8+ years of Project and Program Management, including leadership and related management of resources, budgets, goals, stakeholders, communications, suppliers, deliverables, benefits, governance and risks. * You are knowledgeable of software development methodologies and frameworks (SDLC). * You have demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary, multi-track, matrixed-managed enterprise project and programs. * You have 5+ years of experience using a commercial project management tools such as MS Project. * You have proven experience with development of Project Business Cases and with identification and management of Organizational Change Management needs and related deliverables. It'd be even better if you * Have a Masters degree in business or computer science preferred. * Have Agile Project Management Certification * Have ITIL Certification * Have OCM Certification * Have a solid understanding of and experience with the Project Portfolio Management lifecycle and related processes * Have experience with Enterprise Applications/SaaS solutions that are common in the Government contracting industry.
