Description The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital part of an interdisciplinary team assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care in efforts to deliver the highest levels of care to the patient and family. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS Health St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, and demonstrating behavior consistent with the Core Values. The Med/Surg, Neurology and Orthopedics unit is a 36 bed unit comprised of patients with a variety of needs. Cabrini has a 24/7 rapid response team with coverage just a phone call away. Clinical pharmacists support the RN and physician staff in Medication Management. This unit also has an admit/discharge nurse that works during out peak admission and discharge times, Monday -- Friday.
