Customer Service Agents

The George Mason University Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center, located on the Science and Technology campus in Manassas, VA, is seeking positive, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. Responsibilities: Customer Service Agents provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests by greeting and checking in everyone that comes into the center, and assisting them with membership and program registration.

Shift available: (must be able to work all of the following shifts) -- Sun: 8:45 am-1:30 pm Wed: 4-8 pm Thur: 4-8 pm

Required Qualifications: We are looking for employees who can multitask; stay positive in a hectic environment; and are friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate with a diverse population. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills are essential. Successful applicants will have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior customer service and cash-handling experience are preferred.

This position is subject to a criminal background investigation including a credit check. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of this process.
