Our dental office is looking for an Marketing Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Director and the Practice Administrator. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks in office that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs. The successful candidate will set up marketing contests, assist in the development of marketing collateral, mail letters and be the main point of contact for all marketing activities in our Annandale office. include:Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaignsSubmit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company's brandWork closely with the Marketing Director to create marketing material for in-office contests and giveawaysBe available as a resource for the Marketing Director to provide assistance with completing large projectsInteract with patients including taking pictures, asking for referrals, recording testimonials and taking picturesAssist the Practice Administrator with projects and reports utilizing Microsoft Office and email:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fieldAbility to complete projects based on management directionStrong communication and organizational skillsComputer and Microsoft office skillsOutgoing personality
