In this inside sales role, you will be working with candidates primarily in the area. The openings are due to expansion! This client has recently added 2,500 square footage in their Baltimore SW suburb office and is looking to hire up to 10 Recruiters by the end of 2019. A very team-oriented & collaborative corporate culture. $30,000-$35,000 Base Salary (Can go into $40,000-$45,000 range with industry experience or sales experience) + Monthly Commission (No Caps) + Monthly Bonus Can earn up to $750,00 per month 1st year Realistic Earnings $45,000-$50,000>; $60,000-$70,000> earnings in year #2. Experience Desired: BA/BS Degree Activities on Campus, especially in a leadership capactity. NCAA Sports. Working through college to finance education. Sales Internships a plus. Experience Desired: ~1 year-3 years of successful business (ie Claims Adjusters; Retail Manager/Assistant Manager; Fund Raising) or sales experience (Inside or Outside Sales) out of college. Will look at Spring 2019 graduates depending on activities/leadership on campus/NCAA Sports involvement.
