JOB SUMMARY : This position will plan and manage audit engagements and provide recommended audit services to meet client expectations. Note, position will be located in Purcellville, VA or Las Vegas, NV. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following (other duties may be assigned): . Plan and manage audit engagements . Understand client business and provide recommended audit services to meet client expectations. . Technical responsibility for quality and financial performance of clients . Maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients. . Provide support to ensure timely completion of audit projects. . Manage expenses and staffing to increase revenue. . Build a highly skilled and achievement-oriented team environment . Develop new client contacts for business growth. . Training and Education - Responsible for continuing education in the Auditing field . Client Travel - This position will require travel (up to 40%) on short notice to both domestic and international locations and will require a Passport. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE : Education: Minimum: . Bachelor's in Accounting or Bachelor's in Finance/Economics . CPA Preferred: . Bachelor's in Accounting or Bachelor's in Finance/Economics . CPA . CIA Experience: Minimum: . 5 years of audit partner experience . SOC 1 and SOC 2 . Auditing experience in broad range of industries Preferred : . 8-10 years of audit partner experience . SOC 1 and SOC 2 .
