The Finance Systems Integration Team is looking for a Finance Systems Integration Team Lead based out of St. Louis, Missouri. Position Responsibilities: * Work closely with the Offer to Cash (O2C) Finance Systems Integration (FSI) team supporting our legacy systems * Coordinate and communicate change requests with functional users and IT * Act as management focal for daily team operations and problem resolution * Manage the planning, testing, and implementation of changes to our estimating and pricing systems. * Provide and validate necessary data, processes, and controls and ensure integration of change activities * Assist IT in determining root cause and resolution of issues * Work closely with contracts, estimating and pricing, PFA FSI EUS to support standard processes, access validation, and back-up for user access requests/tickets * Perform Business System Manager (BSM) duties for enterprise contracting systems, includes managing/approving compliance documents (eg Access Control Policies) * Communicate FSI team issues and concerns to management * Coordinate with Finance System Architects to identify impacts to O2C financial systems * Represent O2C for special projects as they relate to Finance systems (ie accounting changes, various system impact assessments, compliance quality audit, etc.) * Coordinate with IT on overall ticketing processes for O2C This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 CFR | 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field * Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Experience in leadership either formally or informally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Experience with the full lifecycle process of software systems and development * Experience with tracking/providing status on IT Tickets * Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets * Ability to lead team execution of deliverables per scheduled priorities * Ability to coordinate/integrate (or develop successful relationships) with business and IT partners * Change management experience * Self-motivated with excellent communication skills * Organization and leadership skills Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (eg Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (eg Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
