Background : Large Healthcare provider seeks a Manager of Marketing Analytics to provide strategic insights into its omnichannel marketing initiatives. The Manager will: leverage both marketing and customer data and analyze marketing campaign performance on its digital and direct marketing initiatives build and automate dashboards that visualize marketing campaign performance provide insights on customer conversion journeys build segmentation schemes for channel preferences and product recommendations collaborate on test design (A/B testing) scenarios with Data Scientists MOST importantly provide insights on how marketing campaigns can continuously produce incremental ROI More Info: Candidate MUST have: strong SQL skills, experience with leading BI tools for KPI visualization, great presentation skills to articulate analytical findings to a non-technical audience, and familiarity with Google Analytics is preferred This role is a hybrid hands-on and strategic role that will manage a very small team, located in the greater Baltimore, MD area, and have some opportunity to work remotely / flexible hours to avoid traffic. Responsibilities/Experience: Quantitative degree preferably a Masters 4+ years of experience within digital Marketing Analytics (A/B testing, segmentation, campaign analysis, reporting) Strong with SQL to pull data off of relational database, strong with BI tools to visualize KPI's (Tableau, Power BI, etc), and familiarity with Google Analytics is desired Perfect for strong Senior Analysts looking for a Managerial role Contact Me:
