Lucas Group has partnered with a well-known, reputable leading industrial corporation that specializes in Government contracting and commercial electronics for cyber security. Due to their success in their development of a new, dynamic cyber security programs they are restructuring and adding to their sales team to continue to grow this division of the company The ideal candidate for this role will have experience selling to government and commercial organizations, TS/SCI clearance and Cyber security/ security software Knowledge. Our client is hiring for 3 different roles at this time - both director level and single contributor sales and business development roles. Responsibilities . Be a key member of the Business Development team in helping to deliver overall partner sales strategy . Help with Designing and implementing go to market strategies for their channel partners . Work with innovation team to develop new product strategies to meet clients' needs . Develop relationships, and plans to connect with current and target partners that are assigned to you . Maintain existing and develop new professional relationships with external agencies, vendors and government bodies in assigned areas . Increase sales and awareness of products available to clients . Meet monthly sales ad activity goals Requirements . 10 plus years of sales experience selling cyber security, cyber products and services in both commercial and government sectors . Superior professional presence and business acumen . TS/SCI clearance . Ability to travel up to 50% . Experience with Federal government DOD, DHS and intelligence agencies is a huge plus Compensation Very Competitive Base Salary, bonus/commission and excellent overall benefit package Location Dulless, VA Area - Relo assitance available
