Come Join the Seasons Team We have an amazing opportunity in a beautiful, loving environment at Seasons Hospice Franklin Square Inpatient Center. Day Shift or Night Shift (depending on your preference) is currently available - work 12 hour shifts 3 days per week - including every other weekend. Overview The Hospice Nurse - RN (Registered Nurse) Inpatient Center will provide nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. The Hospice Nurse - RN Inpatient Center will participate in the planning and coordination of care with patients and family, as well as fostering communication between families, patients, and their care teams. Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care team members work and thrive in a true multi-disciplinary environment while addressing the psychosocial, spiritual and physical aspects of patient care. Join us in making a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness. Qualifications RN (Registered Nurse) license in state(s) practicing. Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (ie: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing. Willingness to serve on-call. Additional compensation provided for Hospice Certification. Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
