Requirements - Cloud Database Support requirements (DBA): Database service and system deployments, updates, management and maintenance thereof using AWS RDS, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server technologies and internally developed products and services. Scripts shall use industry-standard tools of Windows, Linux and AWS, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. Documentation and reviews of system architecture with database security, scalability, reliability, and performance. The support of internal customers, external customers, corporate IT, and vendor IT at superior levels of consultation and follow-up. This includes supporting upgrades and resolution of production problems in a timely manner for operational systems. Communication and collaboration with developers, vendors, and professional organizations to plan, implement and manage database systems and services. Occasional after hours and weekend support for emergency fixes, deployments or on-call support requires.
