Job Summary/Company:
This position is responsible for the overall coordination of a wide variety of services to support the property management, leasing and occupancy, maintenance and public relations needs of a portfolio of approximately 350 Scattered Site units across Montgomery County ranging from moderately priced single family homes to market rate housing. Will manage and monitor professional service contracts for property maintenance. Will maintain full occupancy of units to include marketing and showing homes to prospective clients. Counsel residents, and attend case conferences and monthly Resident Association meetings. Orient new residents to their homes, facilities, services and the community. Prepare periodic management reports such as incident, accident and vacancy reports. Maintain an accountable work order system in coordination with the Maintenance Department Liaison with contractors and builders to warranty items and repairs are completed. Responsible for all extra maintenance contracts including landscaping, painting, concrete replacement, gutters etc. Make presentations to Homeowner Association Boards and other public agencies. Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications/Background Profile:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Property Management industry

Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience

Financial Analysis, Budgeting, P&L Management skills

Experience in Tax Credit, Housing Choice Voucher and Affordable Housing is preferred

Knowledge of industry software systems; preferably Yardi

Strong computer skills required (MS Office Suite)

Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing

Ability to deal tactfully, effectively and courteously with the general public

Must have good Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people varied background

Vehicle required with valid driver's license

Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
