JOB DUTIES: Design, develop and implement configurations for network infrastructure and computer platforms for transport and management networks. Develop design and interface control documents to illustrate network architecture and IP address planning for service provider networks. Configure and monitor systems consisting of enterprise routers, switches, and servers. Develop security and processing configurations for network systems. Implement, test, and integrate LAN/WAN configurations and equipment. Deploy network features and integrate software packages and hardware infrastructure. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex network problems related to service provider environments.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or closely related field plus 6 months' experience in Network Engineering OR Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or closely related field plus 5 years' experience in Network Engineering.  Experience must include 6 months with each of the following: LAN/WAN; Switching and Routing Protocols; Network Protocols; VOIP; TCP/IP; Linux and Windows; and Networking Technologies.
