Job Description The Lane Construction Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Grading Foremen for our Springfield, VA location. This position will report to the Superintendent(s) and will utilize common concepts, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Check / Cut Grade Supervisor dirt loading operations Manage the work and crew Work with field personnel Qualifications : 3+ years of grading experience 3+ years of managing experience Effective verbal and written communication, and advanced computer skills essential Able to work independently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy High school diploma or its equivalent is preferred Must be able to pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Record check with minimal infractions Certifications
