Job Title: Customer Success Analyst, GovernmentJob Location: Washington, DC Predata is a predictive analytics startup that uses machine learning to uncover predictive behavior in publicly available web traffic data. As a member of PredataA cents € (TM) s Government Team you will work directly with our customers to support their use of the Predata platform. We are mission-driven and motivated to find innovative solutions to important problems.Primary Duties:Be responsible for the success of users throughout the customer lifecycle, including training new users in the Predata system and providing close analytic and product support to current usersDemonstrate Predata capabilities to prospective clients, meeting with them bothA' individually and in support of senior sales staffA' Work with PredataA cents € (TM) s Analyst Team to generate analytic products for clients and prospects and contribute to regular internal analytic workflowsWork with PredataA cents € (TM) s Engineering and Data Science Teams to translate client requirements into product feature developmentQualifications:A' BachelorA cents € (TM) s degree, preferably in International Relations, Economics, History,A' Political Science or other related fieldsAt least 2-5 years of professional experience in supporting clients in the national security spaceStrong backgroundA' in international affairs and familiarity with current geopolitical eventsTeaching, tutoring, or training experience in both one-on-one and small group settingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and convey information that efficiently informs expert analyst users and drives actionsA " ?Compensation:Competitive compensation package for the Washington, DC area coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) plan, commuter benefit programs and gym benefits
