General Overview:JSSA has an immediate opening for Director of Senior Services.A' Our skilled professionals and trained volunteers bring warmth, companionship and convenience into the daily lives of more than 5,000 seniors and their families annually and help to ensure that their parents or loved ones maintain their independence for as long as possible and are safe and well cared for.A' Our SeniorServices department provides full-service care management services, elder care consultations, transportation and home-delivered meals.A' We are the only provider of Holocaust survivor services in the greater Washington DC area.A' A' The Director is responsible for ensuring service excellence and operational effectiveness; supervising staff ; managing grants, contracts and projects; expanding JSSAA cents € (TM) s visibility and relationships in the community; maintaining day-to-day department operations; and, participating in future plans for expansion.
