ResponsibilitiesDevelop new work.Strengthen existing business relationships with Owners, Architect/Engineers, Construction Managers and Subcontractors to increase future opportunities. Participate in industry organizations and represent the WBC at networking functions, career fairs, trade shows, etc.A' A' A' A' Participate in bid pursuits or preconstruction assignments. Read and interpret plans and specifications, perform quantity surveys, produce conceptual and detailed estimates, produce scopes of work, and produce bid clarifications. Participate in preconstruction meetings and presentations. Defend estimates, collaborate with other stakeholders and manage client expectations.Participate in post bid reviews with owners. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or Related field. Significant experience may substitute. 5+ years of related experienceTech-savvy with current software (related and MS Office). LEED Accreditation a plus.Strong written and verbal communications skills with presentation ability. Team player with organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to reach above and below, stoop and bend, sit, walk, stand, lift, carry and/or move items up to 50lbs.
