Gladhill Furniture is THE 'Nordstrom' of Furniture stores. Family owned for the last 104 years, we offer a great array of product, custom design and a friendly/knowledgable team. Professional dress is required, but we like to relax with denim on Fridays, no ties during the week and the occassional football jersey on Sundays.With the addition of STICKLEY FURNITURE, we need YOU!We are looking for Sales/Design Consultants that embrace the following:

· Fantastic attitude and Personality

· Willingness to learn AND listen to become the best they can be

· Work weekends and Furniture Holidays (our hours are 10-6p, M-F and 12-5, Sun)

· Ability to plan for (written) commission sales & follow up on ALL clients to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual budgets/goals set by management. (Our slow months are April, June and December)

· Take initiative to network/develop relationships outside of showroom to broaden your skill set and earn future business.

· Be a team player!

· Prior Furniture Sales not required, but welcomed.
