The Residential Counselor:
Ensures that clients experience a safe and therapeutic living environment. They work with clients in order to enhance activities of daily living, how to appropriately engage in social activities, and to help facilitate the clients recovery through the use of evidence-based practices.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• High School Diploma; Bachelors degree in Psychology or related field preferred
• At least a year experience working in the Psychiatric field
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Medication Administration Technician license in the state of Maryland.
