Deputy Program Manager (Quality Control)
CHENEGAWORLDWIDE SUPPORT, LLC Company Job Title: Deputy Program Manager (Quality Control) Clearance: Secret Location: Washington DC Reports To: Sr. Program Manager FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time, Regular Summary: The DeputyProgram Manager (DPM), Quality Control (QC) will provide support to theonsite Program Manager (PM) in all work efforts associated with installation of AV equipment, IT data, and IT Networks including but notlimited to CISCO network systems . DPM duties shall include, at a minimum Duties andResponsibilities: Responsiblefor meeting all technical, and contractual requirements of the design,procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, operating, andturnover of AV equipment, IT data, and IT Network. Responsibleto perform as the primary technical and managerial interface with the client,the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative Responsiblefor the supervision, technical guidance, effective utilization, anddeliverables completed by staff Responsibleto maintain a quality control program in accordance with the Client's QualityControl Plan to assure installation and testing of systems meet requirements Demonstrateknowledge of the Intelligence Community Department (ICD) 705 SCIF constructionrequirements and procedures, to include the mechanical and electricalrequirements necessary to build a SCIF. Demonstrategeneral building construction expertise to include knowledge of electricalwiring, building methods, and HVAC systems to implement ICD 705 requirements. Provideguidance related to Access Control, Intrusion detection systems, and defensivelock systems. PerformPhysical Security inspections to ensure SCIF meets ICD 705 requirements andprovide documentation of inspection findings to appropriate officials. Understandand interpret construction drawings to ensure proposed construction methods arein accordance with Government and ICD 705 requirements. Participatein providing input and insight into the creation of Physical SecurityInspections policies and standards. Demonstrateknowledge of Interagency Security Committee standards, which establishes abaseline set of physical security measures to be applied to all federalfacilities Plan, schedule, resource and costmanagement, preparation of reports and deliverables, establish and maintainrecords, provide subject matter design/build knowledge of Sensitive CompartmentedInformation Facility (SCIF) construction and accreditation expertise. Otherduties as assigned MinimumQualifications: (Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.) Bachelor's degree in engineering orcomputer science, program/project management, business or equivalent 5 years' experience in thefollowing: Applyingand implementing ICD 705 technical specifications, standards, andcertifications ITand AV systems installation and testing SCIFconstruction requirements and procedures Building construction expertise toinclude knowledge of electrical wiring, building methods, HVAC systems, toimplement ICD 705 requirements Secret Clearance required Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities: Communication andorganizational skills associated with AV and IT systems required Familiarity with problemsolving and troubleshooting AV equipment, IT data, and IT Networks includingbut not limited to CISCO network systems required Project managementand planning required Knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel and Word required.
