Job Description: We have an immediate need for a qualified Construction Manager to support the District of Columbia/Maryland/Northern Virginia Region. Qualifications / Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree Must have 15+ Years of experience as a Construction Manager on both small and large construction projects $100M Must be a registered PE (DC preferred) Prior experience in the DC area, preferred Bridge experience a plus Must have Construction Scheduling experience using Primavera P6 PSP Excellent Communication Skills required for establishing and maintaining relations with clients including: Presentations/Interviews for CMI Pursuits Contract or Task Negotiations Client Relationship Maintenance CMI Team Building & Training Partnering Sessions Excellent Technical Writing Skills required for preparing: Progress Reports Technical Proposals Schedule Reports Meeting Agendas and Minutes Microsoft Office Applications incl. Word, Excel and Access Construction Management Services Experience for Projects/ Contracts including some of the following: District of Columbia DOT (DDOT) Maryland DOT (MDOT- SHA/MTA/MPA/MAA) Northern Virginia (VDOT) Local Counties and Municipalities throughout the region Benefits: WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
