The CEO will direct the overall operations of DOLFCU to ensure financial stability consistent with the best interests of the members. The CEO will establish short-term and long-range objectives, plans, and policies subject to the approval of the board of directors and represent the credit union within the community. As the CEO, you will be responsible for developing the primary objectives, policies, and operating plans of the credit union and submit them to the board of directors for approval. You will maintain and improve the financial stability of the credit union and build personal relationships with the members of the board, community leaders, business leaders, and internal managers. We are looking for the right fit to motivate and inspire credit union employees and work to meet the credit union's planned growth and development objectives. Qualified candidates will have ten years of similar or related experience, a bachelor's degree with a graduate certificate, or a master's degree.
