RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Chevy Chase, Maryland (MD). Responsibilities: Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Process purchase orders using PO system and scanner, process check request, match, and distribute checks after obtaining signature Research all invoice issues/errors by vendor Reconcile statements, assist with other projects as needed Maintain filing system, occasional coverage for receptionist/front desk duties REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
