Prepare estimates to deliver to client . Utilize CRM software to update lead status . Manage the client file through the time of installation . Respond to client's needs throughout the entire process up through but not limited to the installation in a timely manner . Be flexible with work schedule, this position is must be able to work nights and weekends Skills: 3+ years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry or 10 years roofing experience Computer Skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to secure project specific pricing from approved distribution vendors and manufacturers Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs Ability to diagnose leaks MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
