Polsinelli, PC, an AmLaw 100 law firm with 21 offices and approximately 875 attorneys, seeks an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in our Washington DC Office. Successful candidates for this position must possess 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm. Must have exceptional typing skills, produce documents quickly and accurately, multi-task with excellent attention to detail, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including expertise ofMS Word and Excel; Processes attorney expense reimbursements and vendor invoices using the Firm's reimbursement software system, with familiarity of Carpe Diem and LegalKey; Manages files, opens new matters as requested by attorneys, and maintains all relevant document inclusions for the files; Manage calendars and travel schedules; and Must have the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects; Must be a team player and willing to do any project big or small; This is a great opportunity to work in a positive collaborative environment where employees are valued and work is challenging. Requirements: Experience with styling and formatting documents in Word and Excel 2003 and above. Prefer candidate with experience working with Carpe Diem and LegalKey. Prior experience working with the executive level required. The candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and possess highly developed organizational skills including the proven ability to prioritize a heavy workload and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
