Job Description: UEOS is searching for a highly motivated and detail oriented Program Quality Assurance Engineer to support the development of a new Radar system. This role requires working closely with Systems, Software, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers. Must work well in a team environment, have strong customer interface and presentation skills. Must have strong knowledge of Industry recognized Quality systems/models such as Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and ISO 9001:2105. Responsible for ensuring process compliance and adherence to engineering principles and methodologies. Review and approve systems and software requirements, design, and other documentation for compliance Prepares, maintains and retains plans, records, data and reports Interpret customer statements of work for quality requirements Audit systems/software processes and products Identify root causes and corrective actions, evaluate process performance, and interface with the engineers on program activities to ensure processes and deliverables are compliant to contractual requirements Evaluate data to identify systemic issues and trends Participate in the software change control boards Review software code, perform validation and verification activities, execute product audits, and assist with the implementation/utilization of Software Quality Assurance across the project Participate and support CMMI Level 3 SCAMPI preparation and assessments Developing Program Quality and Subcontractor Product Acceptance Plans Leading First Article Verification Required Skills: 10+ years of relevant experience BS Degree in a related discipline Ability to travel as needed; estimated at 5% Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to US citizens.
