Minimum Active Secret Clearance Required Key Role : Support DoD Forensics Enterprise Reference Architecture Management through analysis and reporting on the impact of changes to the Forensics Capability Portfolio in support of Identity Operations, and maintenance of the approved Forensics Enterprise Reference Architecture. Ensure work and products adhere to the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Version 2.02. Develop DoDAF products as directed in the combined Forensics and Biometrics Enterprise, the Forensics Enterprise, and the Biometrics Enterprise; and ensure all three enterprise perspectives are in agreement, without conflict, and interoperable with each other. Produce monthly reports that describe any gaps in the DoDAF viewpoints required and any discrepancies between the viewpoints. Establish and implement a development strategy for referential architecture viewpoints that describe the DoD Forensics enterprise. Collaborate with DoD Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multinational, Academia, and Industry stakeholders to ensure Component, Service, and USSOCOM programs comply with the overall DoD Biometrics and Forensics Architecture. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: - Support development of a Forensics Enterprise Architecture Working Group charter and coordinate synchronization with the Biometrics Enterprise Working Group charter. -Review and analyze DoDAF data related products, establishing associations/mapping so that data related products align with the development of the Forensics and Biometrics Enterprise Reference Architecture. -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders related to support for forensics and biometrics related information and data exchanges to facilitate enterprise interoperability. -Coordinate Forensics and Biometrics Enterprise Community of Interest activities to gain semantic and structural agreement on shared vocabulary and information exchanges. -Ensure that the Forensics and Biometrics Enterprise Architectures are in agreement, without conflict, and interoperable with each other. Basic Qualifications:- - Experience with DOD processes and procedures, to include briefing government clients and stakeholders. - 2-5 years of experience with supporting the federal government and DoD client - 2-5 years of experience with DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) and DoD Primitives - Knowledge of Federal and DoD architectures: Enterprise Architecture, Reference architecture and Solution architectures; and the ability to integrate Operational Views, System Views, and Technical views. - 2-5 years of hands-on architecture development experience using DODAF 2.02 at least with one of the following tools: IBM System Architect, Magic Draw, Sparx, Provision, ARIS, DOORS, Visio. - 2-5 years experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) - Knowledge of DoD acquisition and architecture policies and regulations. - Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Joint Capabilities Integration Development Systems (JCIDS) process. - Ability to do Research, analyze and execute the architecture best practices. - Secret clearance - BS/BA degree Additional Qualifications: .
