Davalyn Corporation has been retained to fill a Maintenance Manager position in the Baltimore, Maryland Area Responsibilities . . Will be responsible for the manufacturing facility. . Responsibility for the ongoing maintenance of all general electrical and mechanical facility equipment for example HVAC systems, generators, chillers and pumps, Air Compressors, UPS, transformers and other electrical related equipment. . Design, Coordinate and supervise the planning and construction of all future expansions to insure on time and smooth transfer to production. . Managerial responsibility - Lead and coordinate all activities for facility maintenance group. . Responsible for all facility equipment and services. Education and experience and skills. This position requires Bachelor Degree in Electrical (preferred) or Chemical or Mechanical engineering. The expected experience will be in the field of Maintenance engineering in power stations or Heavy industries (Steel, Chemical Semiconductors), MEP design, hi power electrical design, HVAC mechanical design, Chemical facility design with strong affinity to hands on execution and deep practical technical understanding.
