Key Role: As a member of a highly impactful and visible software migration and implementation effort you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, including planning requirements with internal customers and ushering projects related to our supply chain system through the entire project life cycle. Plan, understand, and document existing business processes for the firm, including analyzing the requirement and coming up with new technical designs that work within the platform that is our supply chain system. Implement the configurations into our supplier chain system, including system configurations and configuration of integrations to our other systems. Advise on any process improvements, efficiencies, and best practices, where possible. Participate in the creation of test cases with the business to ensure complete test coverage back to requirements. Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience with designing and developing software development projects -4+ years of experience in working with SQL server or Oracle, including writing complex SQL queries -Experience with managing complex project schedules and tasks --Knowledge of financial processes and the business processes they support, including accounting, contracts, purchasing, and human resources -Knowledge of Microsoft Products, including SharePoint -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree in CS, MIS, or IT Management or 8 years of experience with designing and developing software development products in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with enterprise systems such as CostPoint -Experience with accounting and finance systems that facilitate expense reporting, credit or P cards, and invoicing processes -Knowledge of procurement and purchasing systems such as catalogs, asset management, or temporarily staffing -Ability to be a self-starter and learn new technologies -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including producing design and requirements documents and being comfortable with giving presentations to business and technical leaders -Secret clearance -PMP Certification or experience with managing complex software development projects
