Guest Relations Coordinator We are a multi-unit high end restaurant group looking for a positive, energetic Guest Relations Coordinator. This individual is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests who call the corporate office. Individuals must have a pleasant and professional voice and demeanor as well as a professional appearance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This is not an inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Professionally and pleasantly respond to guest compliments and complaints Assisting our FOS Rewards program members with their point balance Management of our promotional card program Responding to donation requests Oversight of company holiday promotions, for example, our annual toy drive Disburse marketing material to our various restaurants Provide support to the Administrative Assistant by assisting in answering our multi-line telephone system and direct callers to the appropriate employee Perform general office duties such as scanning, operating office machines, and sorting documentation Skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Must possess strong written and oral communication skills Ability to problem solve and negotiate Salary and Benefits This is an hourly position; the hourly is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour; exact rate to be determined based upon your experience.
