As the Manager of Recruitment Research and Scouting you will play a critical role in finding and recruiting speaking talent to Leading Authorities. As one of the nation's most prominent speakers' bureaus, Leading Authorities, Inc. represents leaders in politics, business, media, and pop culture, including Paul Ryan, Stanley McChrystal, Nicolle Wallace, Chuck Todd, Rob O'Neill, Dana Perino, Jim VandeHei, Mike Allen, and Margaret Brennan, among others. If you don't recognize these names, this is not the company for you. If you're like us, you read about or watch these individuals on a regular basis. In this position you will support the CEO, Operations, and Sales teams in their efforts to find and recruit new speakers to Leading Authorities, by researching and presenting new ideas, making connections, and doing initial outreach to potential speakers. This role plays a critical role in the growth of the company. The ideal candidate is a voracious reader who considers the latest business books must reads, a self-starter, driven, detail-oriented, with a strong interest in politics, media, and current events.
