Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator helps to plan, implement and evaluate marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support sales activities, as well as writes technical and marketing content. Reports to: Vice President Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Coordinate participation in trade shows Coordinate the creation of marketing communication tools, such as brochures, presentations, sales kits and videos Write content for marketing and sales support materials Write content for technical product manuals, case studies and specifications Coordinate lead generation campaigns, including direct mail and email Update the company's web site Manage outside vendors for exhibit production, graphic design, web design, logo merchandise, video production, printing and photography Manage the company's social media Track and monitor budgets Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications Two to four years of experience coordinating marketing initiatives for a healthcare, technology or industrial business Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to understand and communicate technical subjects involving software, networking, electrical engineering, building construction and hospital operations Ability to multitask and stay organized Strong problem-solving skills Able to work well with team members and adapt to changing priorities
