Marketing Program Manager
As the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving, Good360 partners with socially responsible companies to source highly needed goods and distribute them through our network of diverse nonprofits that support people in need. This Marketing Manager position is a key team member in driving the success of our key donation partner programs. This role is part of Good360's marketing team, will work cross-functionally in order to support these programs, and will be responsible for specific marketing deliverables and success metrics, based on overall program goals. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing. Responsibilities include: Own marketing strategy development and execution for Good360 giving programs for donor companies; including developing program/donor-specific marketing plans, recruiting appropriate nonprofit partners, and developing content, social media, and promotional strategies. Work in partnership with team members in marketing, donor development, nonprofit development and program operations. Develop and execute plans for effective marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Good360's donor-driven in-kind donation programs. Identify and execute on opportunities to partner with donor companies on joint marketing initiatives, co-branding, branded content and the like. Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase nonprofit member participation in donation programs. Develop comprehensive approach to entire customer journey, including strategies for the generation of qualified prospects, the nurturing of such prospects and their ultimate conversion to program participants. Develop a broad spectrum of marketing and outreach strategies that may include digital marketing, email, content marketing, traditional marketing, personal selling, PR, etc. with a view to driving nonprofit memberships in general and program participation specifically. Develop forecasts for marketing tactics and establish KPIs and metrics to track and report on performance. Establish process for translating campaign/initiative results into key learnings and make recommendations for future adjustments and changes. Provide regular reporting to Sr. Director of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, and other teams as needed. Partner with marketing team to develop marketing messaging, copy, collateral and materials to support donation program as needed. Partner with other Good360 teams including program operations and nonprofit development in order to develop best possible strategies for program participation and engagement. Requirements: 5+ years working in a related marketing role and/or demonstrated experience in marketing functions related to the key needs of this role (B2B customer acquisition and engagement, marketing program management, other inbound marketing tactics, analytics, etc.) B2B marketing experience highly desirable Strong analytical skills - ability to collect, use, analyze and interpret web analytics and marketing results data Fluency in Google Analytics, Magento, Bronto, SalesForce, NetSuite, basic web graphics and design Highly organized with keen attention to detail Willingness to be hands-on (we are a small, but mighty team!)
