Computrols is currently seeking an experienced building automation technician for our Washington DC office. The technician's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Effectively manage projects Execute the start-up and commissioning of building automation systems Preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and servicing of building automation systems Retrofitting new systems Diagnosing and repairing of building automation systems utilizing knowledge of electronics, direct digital controls, and mechanical systems. High levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site customer interaction Completes required project and service documentation.
