Atradius is a fast growing and dynamic International Trade Credit Insurance Organization, which offers financial products that are essential for today's strategic business and financial customer. We are looking for a detailed-oriented individual to support our billing and receivables team. This role supports the processing of invoices, receipts and collection efforts on a daily basis. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator as he or she will frequently deal with internal and external customers/brokers. Responsibilities: Verify, allocate, post and reconcile customer and broker payments Maintain an accurate aging report Research and resolve payment discrepancies Monitor customer account details for non or delayed payments and other irregularities Investigate and resolve customer/broker queries and outstanding issues Assist with prepare monthly statement to brokers Assist with dunning process Support collection efforts through emails, phone calls and in coordination with commercial team Review, enter and reconcile sales declarations from customers Maintain accurate records of customers and policies information Prepare, verify, and process premium and fee invoices Post credit memos, adjustments, clearing to A/R Ensure that all AP, AR offsets are done completely and accurately Assist with month-end closing Qualifications and skills: Bachelors of Science in Finance or Accounting 1 to 2 years of experience Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and analytical skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Customer service skills Familiarity with Oracle a plus Insurance industry experience a plus Benefits Base salary commensurate with experience, Bonus potential Casual dress code Generous leave package including 3 weeks annual vacation accrual, sick time, standard holidays and floating holidays Wellness program Company subsidized Health and Dental care coverage Company paid Vision, Life Insurance/ADD, Disability plans 401(k) plan with 100% match on up to 6% of salary plus annual profit share contribution Education Assistance plan
