Recruiter Our client, one of the largest car manufacturers in the world, is looking to hire a recruiter for their Herndon, VA location. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, IT recruiting experience, proven sourcing skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and experience using ATS (Taleo preferred). Required Skills & Experience . 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience . IT recruiting . ATS; Taleo preferred . Ability to leverage job boards and social media to source candidates . Proven ability to develop pipelines . Networking & cold calling experience . Time management . Communication skills, both written and oral Desired Skills & Experience . Mixture of agency and corporate experience What You Will Be Doing Responsibility for full life cycle recruiting activity (posting, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and offer management) Clearly defining position requirements & recruiting process Recommending, interviewing & hiring techniques as appropriate Creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent in a highly talent-driven organization Developing & maintaining strong communications and business relationships with clients & candidates Ensuring smooth transition post-hire & assess hiring manager & new hire satisfaction The Offer Competitive Pay: $30-40/hr (depending on experience) Contract Duration: 3-month contract to hire/ongoing extension You will receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance & Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) Paid Sick Time Leave Pre-tax Commuter Benefit
