Services we provide include security system design and installation, door access systems for offices, campuses, and multi-unit commercial / residential properties; and video monitoring applications. Responsibilities Manage and maintain Sales Coordinator inbox for leads Allocate leads that come in to sales people based on their roles Set customer appointments for sales as necessary Answer client calls for new services - inform potential clients of our services Assist in proposal creation as needed Send off proposals and contracts to customers via adobe echosign Follow-up with clients to ensure they execute contracts Upload executed contracts to client accounts in fieldhub (Urban Alarm is transitioning from fieldhub to simpro soon) Upload pictures from site visits to fieldhub Make sure all client contact information is accurate and updated in fieldhub Process payments in fieldhub from clients for deposits or collect checks Convert proposals into work orders and collaborate with sales and installation to ensure they're executed, notify the customer that someone from installation will be in contact. Order marketing supplies for the sales department Coordinate with the marketing team on our client facing monthly newsletters, review the monthly newsletters for accuracy Physical & Mental Requirements Must be able to sit for long period of time performing sedentary work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear with or without an accommodation. The employee is frequently required to use repetitive motion using a keyboard, mouse, and telephone. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Work Environment This job operates in a professional climate controlled, open, well-lit office environment with conversational noise levels. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
