We're looking for a Digital Strategist who will assist our digital team in the execution and oversight of day-to-day ad campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for translating the latest innovations in online advertising into tangible results for our diverse group of clientele. AdVictory is a leading Republican digital ad technology and service provider located in Washington, DC We provide ad placement strategy and specialize in data optimization, targeting, and delivery. Since 2015, we've been committed to delivering big wins to right-of-center political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and political action committees. What you'll do: Work directly with clients to develop cross-channel media plans and recommendations Create, monitor, and optimize ads across a wide variety of social media and programmatic platforms Collaborate with our digital strategy team to determine campaign set-up and protocols, identifying key performance indicators and optimization requirements Place advertising buys directly with vendors, trafficking ads though AdVictory's ad server Carefully manage media budgets, analyzing and reporting campaign results both internally and to the client Occasionally assist in writing impactful ad copy and landing page content, as well as conceptualizing advertising creative What we're looking for: A bachelor's degree in politics, government, marketing, or communications fields preferred A passion for politics and a competitive spirit Some hands-on experience using Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Familiarity with basic data analysis and high proficiency working in Microsoft Excel with functionality such as pivot tables A highly-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment A capability of working extended hours when needed for rapid response moments, especially in the days leading up to elections An eagerness to learn and self-educate, with the ability to make constructive internal and client-related recommendations along the way The following experience would be beneficial, but not required: Training or experience with one or more DSP such as AppNexus, Centro, DV360, or others Basic knowledge or experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Prior experience with political campaigns or advocacy work Perks of working at AdVictory: Open leave and flexible PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans Commuter benefits Uber/Lyft paid for and dinner on us if you work late Flexible work from home options Kitchen stocked with snacks and unlimited LaCroix
