As a Mid Level Planner , you will achieve these ends as a key member of an integrated team engaged in a broad range of planning activities from project/task inception to completion. These projects encompass land and facility solutions including land-use, site development, environmental planning, and master planning; feasibility studies; various technical studies; cost and budget analysis; workshops; program/project documentation; and planning team support. Responsibilities will include direct project/task support. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Civil Engineering and from 3-5 years of planning experience in a professional firm; Military Master Planning Experience; exceptional writing and editing skills; strong capability with GIS, CADD software programs; and be a US Citizen. Some travel is anticipated.
